This intensive program is designed for those who want to master the art of Japanese baking at a professional level. Through a combination of expert demonstrations and extensive hands-on training, you will gain the skills and confidence to turn your passion into a career. 

  • Price: ¥302,500 (Including 10% tax) 
  • Duration: 4 Days (10:30 AM – approx. 3:30 PM) 
    • Usually held Mon, Tue, Thu, and Fri.
  • Small Class: Limited to 1–2 students for personalized, high-quality coaching. 
  • Exclusive Benefit: This is the only course at our school that awards an official Certificate of Completion.
