All lessons include recipes and ingredients. You only need to bring your passion for baking. You do not need to bring anything else.

(1) 1 Day Lesson(group lesson)
You can open classes at any time if you have 2 or more people available to book. Please contact us for details.
This lesson is perfect for travelers and beginners with little time.
We recommend booking with your family or friends who are traveling with you. It will be a special experience.

Group lesson will be held when 2 or more students have made reservations at least one week in advance. If there is only 1 student, the lesson will be canceled, but can be transferred to a private lesson for 30,000 yen.
(2)Private Lesson
You can take classes on any date of your choice.

For one person, the price starts from 45,000 yen (3 menus), but if you are making a reservation for 2 or more people, you can make a reservation for 30,000 yen (2 menus). In this case, both people need to learn the same menu.
This is a good course if you have your favorite cakes which you really want to learn or if you don’t have too much times to learn while you’re staying in Japan.
You could decide your menu by yourself!!
(3) Master course (group lesson)
This is the only course with certificate.
These lessons are from Monday to Friday (except Thursday).
By taking this lesson, you will be one step closer to the world of Japanese Baking.
Please let us know the date you will be in Japan first so that we can set up a date according to your preference.
This is a course that many students have taken in 9 years.
Perfect for those who want to learn how to make Japanese sweets and breads from a professional baker.
We are closed on Thursdays. I will give you a list of shops where you can buy delicious cakes, bread, ingredients, and tools in Tokyo.

“Fait Beau Tokyo” is located in really central Tokyo near Shibuya and you can see a wonderful view of Tokyo from the school.

【ABOUT teacher Sawako】
Teacher “Sawako” was graduated “Le Cordon Bleu Tokyo” and used to live in London and Paris to study cake decoration technique and authentic French baking.
It has been 9 years since we started this class and we have accepted many students from all over the world.
Aside from giving lessons, she has published two books, provided recipes to the media, and worked on product development for companies.
